We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, cashier's checks / money orders and personal / company checks from US buyers only. Checks will be held until funds have cleared.

International Customers:
Payment: Wire transfers only please. Once a deal has been negotiated, wire transfer details will be forwarded. The wire must arrive before equipment is shipped.
Duties/taxes: We will not under-declair the value of an item in order to decrease import duties for the purchaser. In-so-doing, we are forced to under insure the item.
Packaging: Whirled Routers takes extra care when packaging international shipments. Items are packed appropriately according to weight and bulk. Double-boxing using double-walled boxes is standard. Foam packing and crating are used regularly for large items. We do our part to ensure that your equipment arrives undamaged.
Shipping: The manjority of our shipments go out with DHL International Express. Items heavier than 150 lbs. are shipped with DHL Danzas or another preferred freight company. We receive preferred shipping rates with DHL due to large volume.
We also have the ability to ship with American Airlines for same day service.
